Look back each evening and ask yourself in truth,
Did I touch someone today, did I share of the 'fruit?'
Did I share the comfort of a reassuring pat?
Is someone feeling better because I did that?
Was today one of which I gave encouragement and love?
Is someone's life better from receiving a smile or a hug?
Did I give of myself in time, feelings, and deed?
Did I touch someone's life today that was in need?
Being kind to others puts your heart at rest.
In doing so, you will be doubly blessed.

Serenity comes from reconciled spirit intent on living and loving authentically in God’s will.
Peace is that sensual feeling of inner calm and freedom, that prickles the senses to reveal a fresh sense of living so that each day we live to glorify God.
Living life with purpose brings tranquility and feelings of peace as soul aligns with heart, and faith in God brings new opportunities with each day.
Abundance of God’s love lends agreement among body, spirit, and soul, and exists within believers, creating inner joy because we are saved by the blood of the lamb.
Hills and valleys come, but equipped we are, to take on new challenges, prepared to face life with confidence and calmness of spirit because eternal life in Christ Jesus is real.

Leaning on Him for guidance,
I am still.
Enveloped in peace that only my Lord can provide,
I listen.
